My interview was setup via a third party contractor company. It was an online video call interview.The interview was setup up with the senior designer at Banana Republic. She joined the call 2 minutes later. She mentioned that they were looking for the candidates who can create flat sketches. That’s all!!! She wasn’t paying attention to what I was saying. She was looking here and there. She asked me to show few of my work and said “yes this is what we are looking for”. She asked me if I had any questions, that’s all.
