Interview
The interviews focused on professional background and behavioral questions, very straightforward.
First a phone screen with the human resources representative. Then an in-person interview with the hiring manager.
At the end of the day there was not a good fit for my interests and the position. There was some debate on the scope and responsibilities of the position, so that complicated matters and we went separate ways.
No harm done, overall was neutral about working there.
