Other Operations Summer Analyst Interview Reviews for BlackRock
Super simple. I was initially given a phone interview which was then followed by an invitation to the assessment centre. However, I did not hold the visa to travel to the assessment center and so I had 3 separate video interviews.
The first round was a 30-minute interview face to face in zoom. It was mostly behavioral so it is not much you can prepare before the interview. My advice is to search for general behavioral questions on Google and try to answer them. I believe the first interview is easy and if you are relaxed and you connect with the interviewer, you will nail it.
