Process was quick and transparent but overall interviews were quite difficult. I liked that they gave you examples of behavioral questions they could ask during the interview. They ask specific questions and then dig into your experience as well to provide not only what you did but what you would've done if this aspect was different. The interview consisted of the following steps: 1. Recruiter screen 2. Hiring manager 30-min screen 3. 4 1:1 interviews with different members of teams you'll be working with. Each 30 min long If you get rejected, they also allow you to schedule a feedback call with the recruiter. They gave me positive feedback but ultimately went with someone who had more relevant experience.
