I had a phone interview with them and expected at least one zany question based on the reviews. But instead I got a sales guy who literally asked me every question from the written sample I had to give them. Not only that, but he seemed completely disinterested and did not know how to interview at all. When I asked him what he liked about working at Dropbox, all he had to say was "The people. They're awesome." and couldn't give me a less vague answer. Really one of the worst phone interviews I've had.
