ExxonMobil Engineering Full Time - Manufacturing interview questions

First round on-campus interview followed by a site interview if first-round is successful. First round is all behavioral questions, mostly posted by other interviewees on Glassdoor, but be sure you have a good elevator pitch to end the interview. Second round has three interviews - one technical, one regarding leadership, and one with a department head. Site interview day also includes lunch with your host and an overview of the benefits packages. Technical interview was tougher than I thought it would be. Heard back from the site a week and a half later with an offer.
