Interview
This profile came to me under FIS University program on superset. The interview consisted of 3 rounds which were Online assessment, Technical Interview and HR Interview. The online assessment consisted of technical mcq as well as general aptitude mcq. It took a week for the list of shortlisted candidates to arrive. 62 candidates were shortlisted in total. The next round was Technical interview. The difficulty was easy to medium. There was a panel of 5 interviewers who took the interview. They go through your resume and based on it they ask questions. Fortunately, as I had mentioned similar experience in my resume, the interviewer asked me questions based on that experience. For other candidates, he asked technical questions as well like pseudo-codes, logic building etc. The interview lasted 20 minutes for and was easier than I thought. The next was HR round which consisted of typical HR questions and some questions based on logic building. 25 candidates were shortlisted for HR round out of which 6 were selected.
