I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Youngstown, OH) in Dec 2018
Interview
Started out with initial phone screening, once you get past that you move on to a video call interview. Assuming you get to this point, they will fly you out for an in person interview. all interviewers were nice and friendly and easy to talk to.
Thorough, three people mostly behavioral questions obviously from a question bank people are trained on. All down the middle and mostly easy to prepare for. Nothing crazy compared to IBs or something like that.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Plano, TX)
Interview
This company is a joke. A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn about this position and then was I moved on to a phone interview with another recruiter. Told me they would fly me out for a in person interview and that I was an ideal candidate lol. After that phone interview I never heard back after being told I would within 5 days. I then applied to the same position literally a week later and was contacted again by another recruiter who asked all the same questions. Said that they had start dates for classes Sept 17th and Oct 5th but then mentioned about having me start in Jan because the classes were full ( so why keep this job posted?) I then was moved on to a Skype interview with a hiring manager who seemed to have absolutely no interest in what I was talking about. Just read off a piece of paper and then asked if I had any questions. Definitely just trying to meet some type of requirement for his job. Absolute waste of time.
