Very well organized, was reached out to by recruiter. Then was sent to formal interview process. I was interviewed by a junior and senior employee. Questions were based on the job posting.

Have you worked with HR systems before. If so what systems have you worked with?
30 minute phone interview with Talent Acquisition Specialist asked standard HR questions.
1 x onsite interview at their office very friendly vibe and welcoming environment.
Assessment was involved which took around 20 minutes

Interview
Met with Country HR for first round of interview. Was snobbish and unfriendly, rather off-putting. Interview was stressful and packed with aggressive interrogation. The role itself is unreasonably tough, the incumbent would have to handle HR issues for 10 retail stores.
