The interview was for Fire Fly which was recently acquired by Hertz. The interview was in a hotel conference room. About 5 other people were also interviewing candidates. They were looking for individuals to help open a new car rental in the Orlando airport. My interviewer was very kind. They told me that since it was a new position it would take up a month to do the hiring.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
None of his questions were per se difficult. The difficultly came from the fact that he was writing down everything I said (answers to questions, stories, names, etc) because he was not the main hiring agent. That was slightly distracting, but overall fine.
It was 2 interviews, 1 over the phone and another in person. Over the phone was less than 30 minutes , in person it was the same I interviewed with area manager and branch manager. It was fairly simple Questions like how you heard about the job, and your job history.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Hertz (Richmond, VA) in Jan 2015
Interview
The process was lengthy I'm sure due to it being the end of the year. I first received a call from HR which consisted of two phone calls. I can't remember specific questions due to it being a couple of years ago. I was then scheduled to meet with the branch manager and Area Manager for the location and area.
