I applied online. I interviewed at Hertz (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2020
Interview
Good interview process. Asked questions to challenge knowledge and experience. About one hour long and was very professional and friendly. Wasn't left waiting and general atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
Scheduled online, meet with manager and hired within a week, this was 2022. pretty basic interview, started off as a transporter then bumped up to CSR within 6 months. Nothing anyone can't handle, fairly simple job, you have your good days & bad days.
Lengthy, unprofessional, waste of time, needed to send confidential information over email which could be easily assumed as a scam, spent a lot of time but declined offer in the end

Question 1
Customer service experience and how to solve problems
Very lengthy process. May have to reach out to recruiters to find out status. Three part interview that will last over 1 month possibly. Not much room for salary negotiations unless position has been open for lengthy period.
