Interview
Account manager reached out to me on LinkedIn then followed up with a phone call. The phone call was just about my overall background--ha greek life. She was way to bubbly and made it seem like I was definitely going to get the job. She also kept comparing the job to greek life which was so immature, Then another phone call the day before my interview. The interview was a complete joke they didn't ask me about my academic or employment background, they really just cared about how energetic and personable you are. They only want greek life college students, good looking, and dumb. I'm in a top sorority at my school, have held many positions, and my academics and experience show that I am way over qualified for the job. People I know who have gotten the job have 3.0 (if that) or below 'popular', 'pretty' and talk like kardashians. This company is a joke for people who talk a lot (about nothing) and don't have a brain. They get college kids excited for a job opportunity but it is only a quota for employees to get 5 people in a week to the office for interviews-- SCAM.

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
