Interview
Quick process, I had three interviews overall. The first two were with a corporate recruiter, who was really easy to talk to. The last interview was in the city I was applying for. The in-person one was awkward. They don't have anyone to greet you so you pick up a phone and let them know you are there. There are two doors which they could come out, so you just sit down and wait. I had someone "screen" me and then an interview with the manager of the branch location. The first person came out, asked me basic questions then took my resume. As they went back into the main work area, they stood at one door for roughly two minutes, then walked to the other one. The second person I interviewed asked basic questions and it was more of a casual conversation. I heard back within the next day.
I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.
The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Austin, TX) in May 2025
Interview
Began with a 15 minute warmer call with a recruiter to then schedule a 45 minute call with the recruiter, then either an in-person or online interview with hiring manager, and then last interview with manager.
