Lazard Spring Insight interview questions

The process was very smooth and similar to other typical hirevues. Overall there was 3 questions, behavioural and situational ones, nothing extreme. It focused on motivation, teamwork, commercial awareness, and understanding of Lazard’s culture and values

Hirevues followed by a video interview. Mostly general and behavioural questions. Focus on competencies and a little bit on the industry, knowledge of what investment banking is and activities involved.
