MRI Software Manager, Client Support interview questions

Disorganized & inefficient. Automated message was sent after I applied to complete a personality test. Once I completed that, a recruiter reached out via email asking for my availability to speak with her. I responded within 24 hours and then radio silence. 6 days later I get another automated email saying they decided to pursue other candidates. Great, okay - but this really reflects poorly on the way this company goes about hiring.
