Interview
The interview process was very short and accurate. Direct questions that required a direct answer. Also there were a lot of personalty question to see how i would react to potential guest attending the gym.
Very simple, questions based on how much or how often you will have to interact with people of varying temperaments on a daily basis. Asks about personal future goals, previous job experience, describing yourself as an individual.
Started with phone call then got called in for an in person interview. the interview was very laid back and easy going, aslong as you be yourself and are an outgoing and welcoming person then you should be good.
