The interview process for me was pretty straight forward. They asked if I was certified and to see if I was willing to not personally train but to instruct people on how to use the equipment.
Interviews are given by the gym's manager. The process is very specific on what your requirements and their expectations are. They asked me very thorough questions on how I would benefit as a team player.
