Interview
Muy rapida, porque aveces están desesperados por encontrar alguien para el puesto y no siempre son buenos puestos, lo internos cargan la empresa y no se les da reconocimiento, algunos se encargan solos de áreas enteras
Really well structured and very nice and friendly people. It wasn’t rushed and they took their time to explain to me the format of the assessment task. Their were around 3 different interview stages, one being a presentation which was around 5-10 mins.
Only 1 interview. No one contacted me to say I was rejected. I found out by looking on Workday to see I’m no longer considered. Not the worst but I would have appreciated more communication. The recruiter was very helpful though.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Takeda Pharmaceuticals (Cambridge, MA) in Apr 2025
Interview
2 back to back interviewers with basic behavioral and experience questions. It was pretty informal in my view, I spoke with my manager and her boss. They were very friendly and told me only 2-4 other applicants were being interviewed.
