Target Distribution Group Leader interview questions

smooth process at first during the phone interview. when i started the group interviews is when they began to drill me with tough questions. the tour of the facility was nice and seems like a good place to work. make sure to study their culture and work environment before interviewing it will definitely help.

I initially interviewed over the phone with a recruiter who asked simple questions such as Tell me about yourself, Why Target, What are your salary expectations, education, etc. I immediately received notification that I would be interviewing with the leadership at the Newton, NC Distribution Center within two weeks. This interview was over FaceTime and consisted of two separate interviews with three people each. The attire was business (suit) and consisted of an icebreaker conversation and then an explanation as to the expectations of the interview. Each person asked me several questions relating to my experience. All questions were "Tell me about a time..." with answers to be given in the STAR format. The questions were tough and solid preparation is definitely required. The interviewers were all very personable.
