The interview was very detailed and had 3 stages. First with a recruter then an HR manager and a Hiring Manager. Several rounds of situational and behavioral questions. Very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Not a lot of pressure.
Just a phone interview, pretty easy, they were transparent about salary, benefits, and hours.
The job description itself was a little misleading. You're more of a shift lead than anything.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Carmel, IN) in Apr 2018
Interview
She called to set up the interview but did not leave a message. Only reason I knew was because I got a chance to call this unrecognized number back when I was free. She scheduled the interview for a few days later. I arrive early for the interview and wait ten minutes after the interview start time for her to come and get me. Easy interview but starting pay was meager. I was offered a second interview but declined. I couldn't imagine taking a $9 pay cut and working more than what I am currently.
