Basically went over my resume. Asked a lot of questions about how I achieved each one of my promoted positions. A large portion of the interview was behavioral questions. Very friendly environment.

Phone initial interview, followed by another ops manager phone interview, then an onsite series of interviews; about 3 to 4 interviews on the same day. They ask the normal "give me an example of a time when........." The idea is to make sure you are a good culture fit.
