I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Pittsburgh, PA) in Aug 2020
Interview
Super easy and laid back, got hired on the spot. Very basic question were asked and it seemed like they were looking more for how you interacted with the interview and not so much the correct answers.
Pretty easy and straightforward. Only took a day for them to respond back to me. I did a virtual self-recorded interview and then an in-person one, which was probably to get a feel for my personality and if I was a good culture fit. I was hired on the spot.
The interview was online and easy to follow. They had multiple questions, and you had to record yourself answering the questions. You had multiple attempts and a practice round if needed.
Asked a few behavioral questions and situational questions. It is not too difficult at all. I had never interviewed before this and got offered the job at a different lcoation than the one I applied for.
