Interview is non existent. Normally you do the application then after 48/72 hours they hire you. If you can’t pass the assessment chances are you won’t be hired. Even if you pass the assessment you won’t be hired

Very thorough application process but it took entirely way too long to get an answer, which was "no". I had completely moved on and forgotten about Target when they finally responded.
Easy minimal questions. Gave you plenty of time to answer without feeling pressured. Lots of people were interviewing at the same time as it was during their peak season so that was a little more awkward
