Target Leadership Development Program interview questions

I did a short phone interview and was told that I would move on to the in-person interview at Target. Before the interview, I spoke to a recruiter and she told me all the questions they'd ask at the interview. In-person interview was fine, and they asked all the questions I was told they would.

Had a phone interview with a recruiter. I was asked to go over my resume. As I spoke it seemed like she paid no attention to anything I was saying. As I finished, I had to say hello about twice to grab her attention. Overall this was a very unprofessional interview experience.
