Target Packer interview questions

They interviewed a ton of people! WAITED about 30 min to get interviewed. Job offer and urinalysis on the spot! Interview itself was quick and easy if you pass that you get a conditional job offer and have 36 hours to go online and fill out background info. Nurse on site for drug screen and physical. It's no joke, they don't mess around!

The interviewing process was different. I was hired only for seasonal so when I had went in there were around 20 others. We all sat in a room first, about 6 people (one by one) came in and basically educated us about Target, their visions, culture, what they do, blah blah so on. Then we each got called one by one to go to the HR department (down the hallway where we waited) where there were I think 6 HR representatives in their separate offices for 1 on 1 interviews. They then let you (kind of) pick your schedule- or in other words want to know your preference. After the interview- if you got the job they'll send you to the clinic on site (down the hallway again) to get drug-tested. If you pass, you start within a week. I met a girl while getting drug-tested and she started 1 month after me so I don't know I guess it varies.
