- Coding Assignment. Where you have to complete the Coding the assignment and have to submit it.
- Interview on the Coding Assignment.
- Next 4 rounds on the behavioural, Project Management etc Interview
After completion of 5 Rounds of Interview in Dec. The HR keep saying you have to go the positive feedback. But we are interviewing other Candidates as well you have to wait couple of weeks for the Final Result. I have waited for more than 2 months for the Result, but HR keep saying the same story that we did not complete the process yet. Once done the Interview Panel will take take decision. But finally after following up for 2 months at the end HR told that. Now its and Internal promotion process and many people internally are interested for this position so we are looking from them only and there is no traction to take from outside.
I don't understanding one here that, if you have a plan to promote someone internally then what is the point in keeping 5+ long hours of interviews and again making us to wait for long time to know the out come of it. Can you take decision at the earliest?
