I took myself out of consideration after accepting another job at a much smaller company, and I also decided I do not want to be a tiny cog in a huge machine.
Interviewing for a corporate IT position was a 5 week long process: Several phone interviews, an online questionnaire and test, and a 4 hour onsite interview.
1st phone interview was a general screening.
2nd phone interview was a technical interview.
Online test took about 90 minutes, and was situation/behavioral.
There was also a testing component. The test was 18 multiple choice logic questions, that you had 20 minutes to complete. I made it to question 10 or 11 and then ran out of time.
Onsite interviews were mostly behavioral questions (describe the situation, what did you do? and what was the outcome?), each lasted about 45 minutes. They also bought me lunch at the Target North Campus commissary, where I got to have a more informal talk/QA with a potential peer.
