Target Small Format Team Leader interview questions

The recruiter called me and asked if she could ask a few questions. I thought it was to schedule an interview, but it was the actual interview. She called me, and I was not prepared as I would typically be. I felt unsettled and on the spot.

This was a phone screening with a recruiter. The recruiter was friendly, clearly defined the role, and was able to answer specific questions about the role and location I applied for. The phone call lasted 30 minutes, they gave me a lot of time to ask questions and asked questions to understand behavioral style.
