Interview started off with a basic phone screen regarding my experiences. Pretty standard questions including why I want to leave my current position and why I want to join Tesla specifically.

The interview process was extremely quick. There were 4 rounds in total, and I received feedback within 24 - 48 hours. The recruiter was nice and answered all of my questions in preparation for the interview. They also provided interview tips without asking.

The process for scheduling and submitting pre-interview questions felt a bit manual and back-and-forth. It might be more seamless if interview time selection and any pre-interview questions were integrated directly into the online job application or online, rather than being handled via multiple emails afterward.
