Interview
-Screen basic written, verbal and physical abilities prior to applying for Officer Candidate School (OCS) through a Officer Selection Officer (OSO) recruiter.
-Officer Candidate School - 10 or 12 weeks depending on where you are with degree completion will determine who is best qualified to lead Marines.
