Interview
The interview process was strange. They took me and about 5 other girls over to the salon area and had us do our interviews right out in the public open. We were asking multiple scenario questions, which everyone had to respond to. This was an odd format to do and the interview was very long. The whole ordeal was at least an hour.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
