I over prepared. Interview was extremely easy and required no experience. I have friends who work in other states who do the Brow Bar. They had a stricter interview.

Interview
Horrible interview, asked too many personal questions like if I was going to have kids soon? I’m pretty sure that’s illegal. Uncomfortable interview process and bad communication from manager. It felt unprofessional and I was shocked.
Phone interview with RAM then interview with General Manager both interviews were easy going, especially with RAM she was easy to talk to.
GM was pretty cool too but I felt like they sold me a lie through the interview
