I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ulta Beauty (Jacksonville, FL)
Interview
Had 2 interviews, one with the assistant manager, one with the GM, about a week later. They mostly asked about customer service experience and situational questions. Asked if I could lift heavy boxes and stand for long periods of time. Expressed great importance for treating every customer with excellent service as soon as they come thru the door. Both interviews were fairly easy.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
