I applied online. I interviewed at Ulta Beauty in May 2017
Interview
I applied online via Ulta's website under the Careers tab. After submitting my resume, I was called the next day to schedule an interview for the following week. I came into the store I would be working at and interviewed with the Store Manager 1:1. It was a pretty standard, laid back behavioral interview. The manager was very friendly and approachable -- and our interview turned into a conversation more than anything else. I was offered the job on the spot at the end of the interview.
A couple of technical and behavioral questions, overall a smooth process. Share you experiance in sales and passion for helping others in the beauty world. good luckgood luckgood luckgood luckgood luckgood luck
Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
