Interview
I applied through my college placements. The first part of the hiring was Aptitude test and Video Interview. Aptitude test was not much difficult but maintaining speed was necessary as it was a bit long. Only if you clear the cutoff of the aptitude test, you are allowed to give VIdeo Interview. In the video interview, you will be given 7-8 questions and you have to speak for 3 minutes which will be recorded with a webcam. If you clear both these rounds then you are called for interviews.
In the start, you will be given a case study(approx. 10 pages) which you have to solve there only. It will contain approximately 5 questions. In the next round, you will be called and asked how did you solve the case study. They will check your thought process as to how you approached the case study. In next round, you will be asked guesstimates, puzzles and questions from your resume. The final round is HR round.

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
