Interview
Candidates shortlisted in the online test (consists of quantitative aptitude, verbal ability and DI) are invited to their Pune office. The first round is a case study round based on the work of a BOA. It consists of around 4 to 5 questions with sub parts, where one has to interpret the data given and answer the given questions by putting one's business acumen to work. This round is followed by a case interview where the interviewer asks questions on the case study and also on the answers written by you. Candidates shortlisted in this round have to go through a technical interview, where puzzles, guess estimates and resume based questions are asked. Most of the questions are aimed at testing how good a team player you are and how good you are at managing risks. Further shortlisting is done, followed by a fit round, where again business problems, puzzles and some basic HR questions are asked.

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
