Question 1
how did you handle when your team member did not obey you
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zara (Singapore) in Nov 2015
Interview
My interviewer was an old woman, wearing heavy makeup and too high high heels. She made me sit on a stool and she played with her phone the whole time. In the end she rejected me because I am fat and not fashionable. She made excuses like I can't climb stairs but although I reassured her with my previous experience at Uniqlo and MOUNTAIN CLIMBING in China she just countered with but I'm fat.

Interview
Casual, not very intimidating. I felt that it was more like a chit-chat session, and was given a lot of information about the job scope, career progress, and what to expect.
