I applied to Zara via the open house event at the "The Grove" location and I aced the first interview and made it to the 2nd interview. The 2nd interview went really well and I made it to the 3rd interview. I didnt make it pass the 3rd interview and didnt get the job.

It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.

lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience
