Interview
They were hiring for this position rather quickly so communication was quick and interviews were compact and full of information, no small talk! I had a video interview where I recorded my responses for submission. I then had a remote interview via Zoom video interviewing, which was pretty cool! They were personable and great people to speak to, and I could see why they do what they do. They love their company and the people they work with. I've heard they are selective with whom they offer a job, but I would be too excited to receive an offer from them

Detail a situation where you lead cooperation within your team?
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at athenahealth (Belfast, ME) in Apr 2015
Interview
4 back-to-back interviews with separate managers over the course of 4 hours. Was fairly laid back but one could tell each one had it's own purpose and approach meant to gauge a candidate's ability to adapt to different personalities like one might experience dealing with different types of clients.
Questioned mostly pertained to "what would you do in this scenario" and "tell me about a previous experience where you had to..." but the interview as a whole was a personality test. They wanted to know how you could carry a conversation and talk with clients. The role requires an extreme attention to detail and meticulous record keeping so the conversation was steered toward topics where one's aptitude for such traits might be showcased.
