The first step was a phone interview, mainly an introductory conversation with HR. They asked about my career prospects, the possibility of relocating to Berlin, and my knowledge of programming languages.
The second step was technical, and it was a disaster because the job requirements listed in the posting did not align at all with the skills that were actually needed for the position. The manager conducting the interview was very polite, but the role was heavily focused on NLP, which was never mentioned anywhere in the job requirements.
