Position Summary

We are looking for a licensed MD or DO licensed in Nevada to provide collaboration and oversight for one part-time Physician Assistant practicing outpatient psychiatry.

The supervising physician’s role is primarily administrative and consultative, ensuring compliance with Nevada regulations governing physician supervision and delegation of services. This is a flexible role requiring only a few hours of work per month.

We welcome physicians in any specialty to apply as long as your training and expertise can contribute to mental health and wellness.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the collaborating/supervising physician for one part-time PA-C practicing outpatient psychiatry
• Enter into and maintain a written supervision/collaboration agreement as required by Nevada law
• Be reasonably available for consultation regarding patient care questions as needed
• Conduct and document chart reviews in accordance with Nevada regulatory requirements and clinic policy (10%, approx 10-15 charts/month)
• Maintain appropriate documentation related to supervision responsibilities

Time Commitment

• Approximately 1–2 hours per month
• Flexible scheduling
• No routine meetings required
• No direct patient appointments
• No on-call responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• Active, unrestricted MD or DO license in Nevada
• Current DEA registration
• Good standing with all licensing and regulatory bodies
• Comfortable collaborating with advanced practice providers
• Strong understanding of professional supervision responsibilities
• Psychiatric experience preferred but not required
• Board certification welcome but not required

Compensation

• $1000 per month
• Independent contractor (1099) position
• Flexible, remote arrangement
• No patient care responsibilities
