I know only two engagement Managers who are trying hard to make a difference and build an employee support infrastructure.
Cons
The administrative and benefits side is highly frustrating. The corporate health insurance package is incredibly weak, offering minimal coverage that leaves employees paying out-of-pocket for standard medical needs. To make matters worse, HR is completely deflecting and passive aggressive.Getting a straight answer regarding claims or insurance takes months of constant follow-ups. Do not believe what they advertise about insurance or referral bonus
