While there are a lot of folks here that disagree with your comments, we still want to thank you for taking the time to write this review and remind us of the importance of being a good listener and sharing feedback. We truly care about each and every person that chooses to spend their days (and sometimes nights and weekends) with us to help make this a GREAT place to work and a GREAT place to be a customer. Obviously, we were not meeting your needs or expectations and you chose to move on and pursue other opportunities so we want to wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Thank you for sharing your pros and cons regarding working at ComDoc. You note that you've been here for 3 years so congratulations. We know that this can be the toughest time for any type of sales rep and it takes a lot of grit and determination to power through. There are ups and downs throughout the sales cycle and that not every encounter ends in a sale. We also understand the power of the dollar and that everyone needs to make a living. We might not always be the highest paying employer and we do offer a fair pay structure along with other perks such as bonus opportunities, community involvement, commissions, education, training, work/life flexibility and benefits. As you know, openness to feedback is one of our core belief's. Done professionally and properly, it can lead to some amazing things. I would encourage you to talk with your manager and share your thoughts on how else they might deliver information, both good and bad. What a gift that could be for the entire group and an opportunity to show how much you care. Thank you again.
