Pros

Office is central and food options are nearby

Cons

The worst experience I have ever had in my 10+ years in a corporate setting. The niceties ended after the first day initial HR onboarding. My team was managed by a group of individuals who have been with the company for far too long, and think that gives them some sort of power because they are too afraid to do anything else worthwhile. They were not welcoming whatsoever, were extremely rude, consistently talked down during my so- called "training" sessions, continually gossiped non-stop like high school mean girls, and if you didn't fit in with the status quo, then you were out. I voiced concerns over training, over how my manager wouldn't speak to me the entire day, how they would speak ABOUT me to others (my manager literally pinged my by accident talking about me, LOL). The main instigator and mob leader got angry with me when I pointed out how outdated, mismanaged, and scattered the documentation was when trying and learn anything. I would come in and do NOTHING for days on end because they had no plan, refused to show me. Asking management for guidance, with NOTHING in return. Once the mob leader decided she didn't want me there, the managers followed suit, because they too bowed down to her hysterical and incompetent war path. Instead, her and the "manager" would sit an cackle all day about how they disliked me, and how dumb I must be because I couldn't learn from their outdated and antiquated systems. I tried to voice concern from a genuine standpoint, and was treated like garbage. I voiced concern about my "trainer", her unwillingness to teach, and her condescending and unprofessional tone in our so called "knowledge training sessions", but that was also somehow something I was supposed to put up with. Instead, they decide to all go to lunch and leave me alone on the floor. Literally a high school drama. The managers for the billing team are so incompetent it's no wonder they cannot keep a full team as stated to me several times. They wonder why! I would go into office, only to have no one speak to me the entire day, unless I said hi or forced others to show me how to process specific workflows. The director not once never introduced herself to me.The managers made up specific "issues" with me to get me out the door, but in the end it was for the best....but BE WARNED, unless you are desperate, or you want to work with a group of people that have never lived outside of the area, and who thrive on gossip, immature/inappropriate jokes, take ZERO accountability for their own mismanagement...then this place is not for you. There are so many better establishments that treat their employees with respect and dignity. This place I would not recommend to anyone. They will make you feel isolated, and project their own insecurities towards you if you have any ounce of professionalism or experience in a thriving workplace. This post is not an exaggeration, but a warning. I went on to another company where I was welcomed with open arms and with complete respect from my peers, with people who are professionals, a complete 180 from my experience at Inmar. Stay far away.

Pros

1. Strong people and collaborative culture One of the most positive aspects of working at Inmar is the quality of the people. I have experienced thoughtful leaders, talented colleagues, and teams that genuinely want to solve problems together. There is a willingness to collaborate across functions, which creates an environment where ideas can move forward and people support one another. 2. Meaningful work and business impact Inmar operates in industries that have real impact on consumers and businesses. The work connects technology, healthcare, retail, and analytics in ways that influence large markets. This creates opportunities to contribute to initiatives that truly matter and shape how the company grows globally. 3. Leadership that encourages learning and possibility thinking There is an openness to new ideas and continuous improvement. I appreciate leaders who challenge teams to think bigger, question assumptions, and explore even better ways of working. This mindset creates space for innovation and transformation. 4. Opportunity to build and improve systems as the company evolves Because the organization is growing and evolving, there are many opportunities to improve processes, governance, and operating models. For people who enjoy building and shaping the future of an organization, this environment provides meaningful challenges and learning.

Cons

1. Rapid change can create ambiguity As the company continues to grow and transform, priorities and structures sometimes shift quickly. While change is necessary, it can occasionally create uncertainty about direction, roles, or processes. 2. Processes and operating models are still maturing Some functions are still evolving their frameworks, which can lead to fragmentation or inconsistent practices across teams or regions. This is a natural stage for organizations scaling globally but requires disciplined alignment. 3. Communication across the organization can be strengthened In a growing organization, information sometimes travels unevenly across teams or levels of leadership. Improving communication clarity can help employees better understand priorities and decisions. 4. Career pathways can be clearer for employees Many employees are eager to grow within the company. Continued focus on career development and visibility into advancement paths would strengthen retention and engagement.

Pros

Opportunity to work remotely. Decent pay (base salary; not true for the bonus structure). Managers and directors are good people who really care about their jobs, are very collaborative and a pleasure to work with.

Cons

The culture is extremely toxic. You are evaluated on the extent of injecting the language of Inmar's "beliefs, standards and values" into presentations and everyday conversations. It is the single standard for performance and thought diversity is considered as rigid and not embracing "possibility thinking". There is constant restructuring -- minor or major, a reorganization occurs every 3-6 months, and lay-offs at least once per year. There is no accountability for senior leadership.
