Job Security. TD Bank doesnt fire anyone who should be fired. My first experience as the Assistant store manager I hear crew members telling eachother there spouse willl kill them and their significant other. I reported to HR and they are still employed with the company.
Cons
Daily fraud, Micromanaged, angry customers because of Fraud. Pretty much everything.
