      Pros

      Great atmosphere, supportive managers, welcoming team, and very appreciative of all employees through branch outing events. Overall a fantastic place to work.

      Cons

      Sometimes it seems that if you are not meeting your sales targets, you're worthless. Everyone can see your stats in the branch and if you get bad LEI calls, your days are numbered.
