      Pros

      co-workers are friendly its a decent bank to start your career

      Cons

      you are pushed to "embrace the culture" or else no balance of work and life below average pay and benefits, having experience mean nothing to them it seems they care more about you being a seat filler especially in the busier branches customer service is a joke and any small service issue takes days to happen too much ass-kissing branch managers are not qualified
