      Competitive pay for IT professionals Not a "blame" culture Most people are very nice and helpful

      IT department going through "LEAN" transformation (basically lay off lots of people) Internal processes for who does what are in complete disarray Left hand does NOT know what the right is doing Revolving door of personnel changes.
