      PTO time starts ~5 weeks (holidays are deducted from your PTO)

      Cons

      awful employee enablement; hostile and toxic environment. Senior management is not interested in employee experience. While PTO is generous, there's no work-life balance. Senior management expects everyone to work around the clock.
