Remote options available Employee discount on banking needs 20 paid vacation days per year + 5 paid personal days + unlimited paid sick days (obviously if you use too much it would raise questions) Supportive team, relatively high salary, no tight timelines, generally no work over-time
Cons
I can almost see the glass ceiling for my profession. As an individual contributor, there is a hard glass ceiling in place capped at lv10. If you don't want to become a people manager, this is the highest you can go. Also as you become more senior in your role, there are a lot of office politics and bureaucracy
